It’s Monday evening; And though most of us are still working from home, Monday hasn’t lost its charm of a stressful start to the week. I know that Mondays are still tough for many of you too. ๐
In such times, many of us landup into a negative mindset due to stress; that’s when we start having a negative talk with ourselves. And guess what, that always lowers our moral. ๐
Do you really deserve to speak negative to yourself? You might be posting about #selflove and #selfcare on social media, but on the other hand you are talking negative to yourself?
